Starting February 1, 2026, Emirates will introduce its Airbus A350 aircraft and Premium Economy class on the Dubai-Montréal route, enhancing travel options and comfort for passengers to and from Canada.


Emirates to Launch New A350 and Premium Economy Class to Montreal

Emirates is set to deploy its newest Airbus A350 aircraft to Canada for the first time, starting February 1, 2026, on the Dubai-Montréal route, replacing the current Boeing 777. This deployment marks the introduction of Emirates' latest cabin class, Premium Economy, to the Canadian market. The A350 features the airline's newest interiors, industry-first technologies, and innovations, reinforcing Emirates' commitment to its customers in Canada. The aircraft offers three cabin classes: 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats with generous legroom, and 238 Economy Class seats. The A350 will operate daily flights EK243 and EK244. Flight EK243 departs Dubai at 02:45, arriving in Montréal at 07:35. Flight EK244 departs Montréal at 10:40, arriving in Dubai at 08:00 the next day (all times are local). The deployment of the A350 and the launch of Premium Economy represent a significant enhancement to Emirates' services on the route. Emirates also operates its flagship A380 on daily services to Toronto. Through its codeshare partnership with Air Canada, Emirates customers can access 37 additional points in Canada and the US. On all Emirates flights, passengers can expect premium dining experiences with regional cuisine options and an award-winning inflight entertainment system featuring 6,500 channels of content.
